The Cyclops & Chris
It was 10:00am on Marchway Avenue when !8 year old Chris was standing waiting outside number 14’s drive. When suddenly something moved in the darkness. Closer, closer, closer and suddenly a person ran up to not tall person but the 17 year old Alexander, was running up to him
“Hey! Chris” he called”Do you want to come to the park with me”
“Yeah, OK” called Chris over the silent street.
We will be making ration books in Class 2.

I was walking from the air raid shelter to see if my school was burnt from the bombs. It smelt like it was burning right through me. I was walking around to see what was happening to all the buildings. I could see toys snapped in half from the burnt buildings.
A visit to Amsterdam has been organised for May 2006.

The sound of brutal bombs falling filled my ears as I sat trembling in the air raid shelter. It was almost over for now As the last bomb dropped, I stood up as everyone else did and slowly shuffled out whilst clutching my favourite teddy. As I turned round the corner of the half broken wall, I gasped in horror and shock.
