As the minute hand zoomed around the clock 17 times and read 17:59 three figures emerged from different directions through the mist. As they collided and bumped into each other they shook hands and huddled close together whispering. Certain words were heard like “Jake you twit” and “Polly persuade” as the clock chimed out 18 times the group parted and walked through the mist.

The Mystery of Pokemon.
Shelby was a town high in the misty mountains of Mount Cuddles. The mountains were called that because when looked at from afar it looked like the mountains were hugging each other. The town was a beautiful place with all sorts of flowers sprouting up everywhere and a small forest where sun shined through the gaps of the trees and when the sun set the town turned a lovely golden colour. The gentle lake which circled the mountain lapped and sang all day.

There was 2 men in the space ship, the captain was called Ernie and a scientist called Tom and they were trying to see if there was a planet to land on with interesting information.

Class 2 are taking part in the Young Engineers’ ‘Eggs Factor’ competition and are researching suitable aircraft to transport an egg by air.
Class 2 have already investigated how changing the amount of water makes a difference to the distance the rocket travels.
What other factors might make a difference to how far the rocket would travel?

The Hope School travel bear is a geocaching travel bug who hopes to travel the world!
He has been set a variety of ‘missions’ to complete by Class 2 pupils.
You can keep track on Travel Bear’s expedition in his own page on the blog (see sidebar >>)
Released on Saturday, he has now travelled 53.9 miles from Hope School.
