The Golden Parrot  

Chapter 1: A Storm
“Fire!” shouted Captain Cail as two cannons fired shooting two cannon balls; they raced across to the British Royal navy ship. The first ball knocked four British guards through the railings of the ship while the other claimed the main mast.

“Fire!” shouted Captain Cail as two cannons fired shooting two cannon balls; they raced across to the British Royal navy ship. The first ball knocked four British guards through the railings of the ship while the other claimed the main mast.  “Fire!” shouted Captain Cail as two cannons fired shooting two cannon balls; they raced across to the British Royal navy ship. “Carry on boys if where going to get there” ordered captain Cail as the tattered main sail took back its place on the mast.
“That was a close one, wasn’t it” squawked P a parrot with red and yellow feathers flew to a rail next to captain Cail who is a Caribbean pirate with a long sash rapping round his whist three times and a black leather belt like a snake rapping round a trunk of a tree.
“Yes but we are in one piece” said captain Cail, CRASH! Lightning struck the main mast as the main mast towered in to the water spraying water all over the crew.
“Spook, Bail move!” yelled Commodore Cake
“You don’t have to tell me twice Cake” replied Bail leaping out of the way of the sail.
“Spin the wheel” squawked P as another huge wave hit the boat soaking the crew and the sea they were standing on. Once the next lightening strike hit, all the crew fainted this time though.

When they awoke they all realised the currents in the waves pushed them on to this island and a wave had woke them up.
“So tell me Spook which way is the tide going” screeched P picking his soaked feathers of the ground and shacking to make him self dry.
“Out and I’m afraid that it only goes out once in the time of two days” answered Spook looking out at sea and letting sand fly out of his sand.
“Come on” said Cail hurrying of up the beach “lets see if there’s food I’m ravenous”.
Chapter 2: The Forest
Once they were inside they had attached long line so they didn’t get lost when they were inside they wouldn’t get lost. When everyone was far in to the pine forest they were stepping on twigs and big pine leaves with little scrubs poking out of the leaves like small carrots.
“This be really clean” said Bail falling back onto the velvet leaves that are claiming there shoes with soft silk. A little bit further in to the forest there was a lot more bushes and taller oak trees spreading all around them but know it wasn’t pretty pine forest it was ugly oak forest with two feet to squeeze past.

“Are you shore there’s a twig attached to that rope Bail” asked captain Cail sitting down on a stump of an old tree covered with moss and shrubs “because we’ve been walking for hours and still haven’t come to the end of it”
“Yes if you don’t believe me I’ll reel in” said Bail starting to reel in and looking really confident. Two minutes later he got to the end and the rope had been cut.
Chapter 3: A strange man
“Oops” cried Bail looking really down in the mouth the rope had been cut by some one or something who wanted them of the island. The Pirates were left puzzling about who had cut the rope and every now and then a member came up with an idea but then took it back because the rest of the crew and the pirate that said it thought that it was impossible. Then captain Cail said in a posh kind of way.
“If the rope came that-a-way we should head back that-a-way, so we can find the boat”. Once the crew spotted the rope up in a tree dangling down from the sky scrapping branches of the tree that towered high above there heads.
“Ok the boats that way” called Spook pointing over the tree “but before you go I’ll need a little hand getting down from this tree!”

When the travellers could see the shore line they rushed to see the boat but all they saw was white sandy beaches and the blue Caribbean sea.
“We’ve been tricked again” screeched P flying of Captain Cail’s shoulder and flying on to the sand.
“We aren’t alone on this island” said Spook bending over and looking at human foot prints near the end of the rope.
“Who could have done this?” asked P
“I did” and from a voice behind them a figure jumped down from a small oak tree. 
Chapter 4: A rescuer  
Then Captain Cail, P, Spook, Bail and Commodore Cake were looking at a black figure covered with clothes and had a black leather hat like Cail’s that covered his hole face and he had a bag that was made out of rags and brown boots that came up to a three quarter trousers that had holes a round the top of the leg and in his hand he cared a short sword with a brass handle and in the other a coconut.
Then he reveled his head his face he had a thin mistashe that came down to a beard that dangled down from the chin like two worms hanging down from his face.
“Mr Monto” asked Captain Cail coming back from behind the tree he was hiding behind.
 “Eye Cap’n’ its been a long time since that fight ye and thy had” sighed Mr Monto in a low voice that creped the hole crew out of the pretty jungle thing.
                                        *                             *                           *          
“So what happened to you” questioned Mr Monto curiously wondering around the beach and slipping his short sword in to his seethe dangling down from his raged belt.
“A storm blew us to this island”  Cail answered taking a small rock to sit on.
“We should head back to the ship” called Spook looking at a old compass with a gold rim and a red dial spinning crazy round and turning round and pointing threw the trees that go on for miles.
“lets walk around the trees” said Bail walking round in circles trying to find the fastest way to go around the trees “but how are we going to get there because we have no boats” said bail still puzzling about how to get there.
“Don’t we” said Mr Monto lifting a pile of palm leafs that had been tied together with a bit of string that had tattered ends pocking out of the leafy planket and from under it came a little boat with a green sails that were made out of palm leafs  and two sets of oars that had been made out of oak sticks and huge pieces of bark that had been glued together with amber as gold as gold with a smooth edge that had no lumps just the smooth ridge of the golden amber spilling out from under the wood.
“Ooh” said the crew in astonishment walking over and pulling the forest boat to the shore line and jumping in with a bit of a splash spraying Mr Monto with Caribbean sea and soaking his rags all over his coat.
“Ok forward if we are going to make it but don’t go to far out” ordered Mr Monto climbing in and
rocking the boat and as P flew on to the mast the little boat sailed of to the bigger boat. Once two hours had past the sailors had been past the oak trees and still hadn’t found the bigger boat.
“Are you shore the boat was this way squawked P as he waved his wing for the crew to row.
“Quite, but I can’t be shore” said Spook rowing for his life to get back to the boat and eat some thing.
“Look there she is lads” said Cake rowing faster than ever to get back to the fantastic ship with food and a roof. Once they were quite close to the ship it disappeared right in front of the sail.
“Looks like a mirage” said Mr Monto sitting back down on to his wooden seat with palm leaves cushioning his bottom as he sits down.
“Ooh well, keep rowing” squeaked P falling to sleep on the mast made out of forest and stick.
When night came the sailors still hadn’t found the big boat and because the dark night had came and the thick fog covered the trees of the forest they had to pull the boat back into the shore a settle down for the night.
“I wonder what happened to the boat” asked Cake Laying down a palm leaf to sleep on and wait for tomorrow.
When Cake woke up he seemed to be rocking like he was on the sea and when he sat up he was on the boat but still on his palm leaf with the other crew rowing in the same direction as they were before.
“Rise and shine sleeping beauty said Bail looking at him from behind the mast.
“Keep rowing” squawked P from above him and flying of onto Captain Cail’s shoulder but some thing was wrong.
Chapter 5: Finding the boat
  “What ave you got in ye mind Cap’n’” asked Mr Monto to Captain Cail sitting down and having a rest.
“The boat is quite near said Spook turning round and letting his oar lean against the front of the boat as Mr Monto spun a round, and the boat came in to view.
“Cool, finally, at last” cheered the crew shouting for joy deafening P who was falling to the bottom of the boat because of the noisy crew were screaming with joy as the rocking boat waded to the shallows with the slothful crew upon the wooden raft of glory that made P’s brown eyes shine threw the birds crying eyes.
                         *                    *                   *
Once the little raft came a shore the tide started to come in with waves socking there feet the crew ran across to the long lost boat came closer and closer to the pirates as they ran to the rigging with the waves coming up to their chests and their knees.
“All a board boys” captain Cail said jumping up the rigging “loosen the ropes that we tied to the sand and trees” he yelled again.
“Ok all lose, and off” Cail said climbing up his beautiful steps and taking place at the steering wheel again.
With the ball of fire slothfully rising and the ship sailing off out to their track again as the ships white sails took place with P flying up to join the captain.
“Well we will never forget that will we” said P trying to lean against Cail’s ear but failing and falling to the floor and going straight threw the floor and ending up in a barrel store in a big barrel.
“Cake we will need some more planks” said Cail asking Cake to fix the planks as Bail opened the door to the barrels.
“You must be drunk by they mount of times you’ve done that huh” chuckled Bail pulling P out of the barrel he had landed in.
“Ah my friend but you see I drink water afterwards” answered P smiling at Bail. Bail gave a fierce look and dropped him to the floor with aloud thump and walked out of the door.   
Chapter 6: Shark Attack
 Will they reach there destiny?
Will they discover the treasure?
Will they end up lost again?
Or will they sail again?
When a small island came in to the pirates view the seas seemed to stop and he wind died down to a gentle breeze and all around them came hammer head shark saying and all the birds went out of the trees.
“P what are the birds saying”
“Beans beans are good for your heart the m”…
“No there not” Shouted Monto at P.
“What I only got class three in crow” Said P thinking back to his chickhood
“There not crows there doves”
“Oh in that case there say turn back” said P looking up to the doves that were covered in suit or oil.
“Well we can’t know can we” and as Spook s words came out of his mouth the waves became choppy and ruff waves splashed against the wooden boat waves seemed to be not hitting any of the crew and there was no wind or clouds.
“Whats happening”? Asked Spook climbing down from the crows nest and on to the wooden boards of the ship.
“I don’t know but if you see a great white shark head for land” said P praying that no one would see a great white shark coming there way.
“Head for land, theres one there” said Mr Monto pointing at a great whites fin
“On deck all hands” ordered Cail running up to the steering wheel, while the shark came ever closer. The ship moved from side to side with the shark on its tail and the sharks jar shaving the rudder of the boat. When suddenly the rudder fell of sinking to the bottom of the sea the shark took a bite of the boat with the barrels of rum pouring out like peas from a pan as the ship slowed to a stop with shark taking more bites and bigger bites soon the crews knees were under water.
“Jump and swim to land to a dive like we practised” said  Cake doing a double front flip in the direction of land and after him went Cail on the left and Bail on the right and soon after Spook with P flying to land. Once the Crew were safe on the beach they slowly watch the ships crow nest go down to the sea and the sharks fin go back out to sea.

“Perfect this is just perfect” said P flying down from the tree and on to the sand where the other pirates were sitting on. But Cail was in a bad mood and threw a stone in to the water suddenly what looked to be logs started to move and swim towards them soon they realised they were crocodiles quickly the travellers moved out the way and rushed of threw the bushes in to the forest. Soon after the crocs had, had there fun the pirates carried on going threw the trees finally the pirates herd some trees falling on the left side and hurried of to see what was happening.
Chapter 7: The ship of the seas
“Come on this way lads” said Cail running to where the trees were coming down. Then a tree came down right in front of them then some thing caught P’s eye a ship with golden railings with fire glowing in lamps. P flew a bit closer to the ship then just below and then a monkey head popped threw the top of the bush and then the hole part of the monkey jumped out and crazily tripped picked him self pack up and sprinted to the ship with P slowly following. When P came round the corner the bird saw a ship and the monkey running up the gold planks.
“There she is!” Puffed P breath less and almost falling straight to the ground but landing on a small tree and catapulting to a rocky cliff soon the pirates realised where P was and went and got him.
“Are you ok” said Bail picking him up P and pressing his heart and soon P cuffed and woke up.
“Come on lets go to the boat” said P still spluttering and coiffing.
“Ok” said Cail walking round.
“There might be one slight problem with that” said Spook stopping Cail from his pirate walk “how are we going to get down from here?” For almost 10 minutes they were wondering how they were going to get down.
“Hmm” wondered P flapping his wings about.
“I know” said Cake his grin getting bigger and an evil chuckle with a strange look on his face.
“How?” Groaned P, his beak almost touching the rock.
“Easy” Cake said Enthusiastically walking over to P and grabbing hold of him and sticking in between to rocks “5,4,3,2,1 Fire” Cake said Kicking P out between the rocks and Making P shot of on to the boat. “Next please” said Cake putting his hands to his waste next to the two rocks but before he could finish they had all ran off the end of the cliff. “Oh well” Cake sighed running of the edge and jumping as well. Soon all of the dust that was on the pirates had gone away they scrambled up the rigging and on to the ship of the seas. The pirates looked all around the ship while Spook climbed up to the crows nest. “The tides coming in” said Spook pointing out at sea leaning fully over the glorious railings of the crows nest.
“Welcome to the Golden Parrot” Said a voice behind Bail in the barrel room. Then slowly a dark figure came from behind a large wooden barrel and giving Bail a sudden fright the monkey P had saw jumped down from the beam and landed exactly on the figures shoulder. When the strange thing came in to the light of the door it was a man with a small grey beard with a black belt around his waste and another going across his shoulder and continuing down to the end of the other making a pattern of a seat belt on to of this navy blue long arm top that was all tatty and ripped with white cuffs that had dirt and mud spots all over them. The man also had three quarters that had holes in as well.

“So who are you” asked Cail when Bail was following the man out of the door from the barrel room and up the stairs to where the captain was standing next to the steering wheel while the waves started to splash the side of the boat.
“Captain Cotton the owner of this ship and a very curios man about who you are”. The man said slowly stocking his monkey which was perching on Cottons one arm.
“Where Cail’s Crew” said Spook
“Captain Cail” Cail interrupted, his blues eyes glistening in the sun with the shadow of the sail going across his face. Well I suppose we all aught to have a special dinner to celebrate. About 7 hours later night had fallen and Bail who was a chef as well as some who fired a cannon, was preparing a important dinner for the sailors of the ship. “So who’s going to be Captain” asked Cotton his dark red lips stained by the wine in the silver glass he was putting back on the table. Asked Spook climbing down from the crows nest and on to the wooden boards of the ship.“I don’t know but if you see a great white shark head for land” said P praying that no one would see a great white shark coming there way.“Head for land, theres one there” said Mr Monto pointing at a great whites fin“On deck all hands” ordered Cail running up to the steering wheel, while the shark came ever closer. The ship moved from side to side with the shark on its tail and the sharks jar shaving the rudder of the boat. When suddenly the rudder fell of sinking to the bottom of the sea the shark took a bite of the boat with the barrels of rum pouring out like peas from a pan as the ship slowed to a stop with shark taking more bites and bigger bites soon the crews knees were under water.“Jump and swim to land to a dive like we practised” said  Cake doing a double front flip in the direction of land and after him went Cail on the left and Bail on the right and soon after Spook with P flying to land. Once the Crew were safe on the beach they slowly watch the ships crow nest go down to the sea and the sharks fin go back out to sea.                           *                   *                   *“Perfect this is just perfect” said P flying down from the tree and on to the sand where the other pirates were sitting on. But Cail was in a bad mood and threw a stone in to the water suddenly what looked to be logs started to move and swim towards them soon they realised they were crocodiles quickly the travellers moved out the way and rushed of threw the bushes in to the forest. Soon after the crocs had, had there fun the pirates carried on going threw the trees finally the pirates herd some trees falling on the left side and hurried of to see what was happening.“Come on this way lads” said Cail running to where the trees were coming down. Then a tree came down right in front of them then some thing caught P’s eye a ship with golden railings with fire glowing in lamps. P flew a bit closer to the ship then just below and then a monkey head popped threw the top of the bush and then the hole part of the monkey jumped out and crazily tripped picked him self pack up and sprinted to the ship with P slowly following. When P came round the corner the bird saw a ship and the monkey running up the gold planks.“There she is!” Puffed P breath less and almost falling straight to the ground but landing on a small tree and catapulting to a rocky cliff soon the pirates realised where P was and went and got him.“Are you ok” said Bail picking him up P and pressing his heart and soon P cuffed and woke up.“Come on lets go to the boat” said P still spluttering and coiffing.“Ok” said Cail walking round.“There might be one slight problem with that” said Spook stopping Cail from his pirate walk “how are we going to get down from here?” For almost 10 minutes they were wondering how they were going to get down.“Hmm” wondered P flapping his wings about.“I know” said Cake his grin getting bigger and an evil chuckle with a strange look on his face.“How?” Groaned P, his beak almost touching the rock.“Easy” Cake said Enthusiastically walking over to P and grabbing hold of him and sticking in between to rocks “5,4,3,2,1 Fire” Cake said Kicking P out between the rocks and Making P shot of on to the boat. “Next please” said Cake putting his hands to his waste next to the two rocks but before he could finish they had all ran off the end of the cliff. “Oh well” Cake sighed running of the edge and jumping as well. Soon all of the dust that was on the pirates had gone away they scrambled up the rigging and on to the ship of the seas. The pirates looked all around the ship while Spook climbed up to the crows nest. “The tides coming in” said Spook pointing out at sea leaning fully over the glorious railings of the crows nest.“Welcome to the Golden Parrot” Said a voice behind Bail in the barrel room. Then slowly a dark figure came from behind a large wooden barrel and giving Bail a sudden fright the monkey P had saw jumped down from the beam and landed exactly on the figures shoulder. When the strange thing came in to the light of the door it was a man with a small grey beard with a black belt around his waste and another going across his shoulder and continuing down to the end of the other making a pattern of a seat belt on to of this navy blue long arm top that was all tatty and ripped with white cuffs that had dirt and mud spots all over them. The man also had three quarters that had holes in as well.                       *                               *                         *“So who are you” asked Cail when Bail was following the man out of the door from the barrel room and up the stairs to where the captain was standing next to the steering wheel while the waves started to splash the side of the boat.“Captain Cotton the owner of this ship and a very curios man about who you are”. The man said slowly stocking his monkey which was perching on Cottons one arm.“Where Cail’s Crew” said Spook“Captain Cail” Cail interrupted, his blues eyes glistening in the sun with the shadow of the sail going across his face. Well I suppose we all aught to have a special dinner to celebrate. About 7 hours later night had fallen and Bail who was a chef as well as some who fired a cannon, was preparing a important dinner for the sailors of the ship. “So who’s going to be Captain” asked Cotton his dark red lips stained by the wine in the silver glass he was putting back on the table. CRASH! Suddenly a strange figure slim figure with blue eyes crashed through the roof of the dinning room and then it spoke“So this is the famous Golden Parrot Cotton welcome to your new Captain, Captain Flow”!
