Video tips for parents

Backpage is a new resource from the BBC for parents of primary school aged children.
The site comprises of a large collection of video clips with practical suggestions and help for parents to support children from Reception to Year 6 in English and Maths.
I’d be interested to hear the views of any parents who may have visited the site. (I’ll keep the link on Delicious - our growing collection on useful links found on the right of this page)

Tried to have a look at new bbc resource. Unfortunately, we can’t yet receive a broadband service (being to far from the exchange etc etc..) so the site took about 5 mins to download. Then tried to look at a few clips but everything so slow I had to give up! It would be great to have the opportunity to have a browse on web at school?
