Click here to get yourself (and learn to look after) a virtual cat or dog from this RSPCA website.
Owning a pet can be great fun and very rewarding. But remember, pets require your time, money, commitment and patience.
Different pets have different needs, but the most common pets, like dogs, cats and rabbits, need:
- A healthy balanced diet and fresh clean drinking water
- A clean, cosy place to sleep
- The space to exercise and keep fit
- Company and friendship
- To be taken to the vet when they are ill or injured
- Vaccinations to protect them from nasty diseases
- To be looked after when you go on holiday.

Using a wiki help people use the Internet to work together on information quickly.
We could use it to write a story together, or plan an event.
Here we have had a go at writing our own introduction to set the scene in ‘The Highway’ by Alfred Noyes. <<< This webpage is taken from ‘Wikipedia’, an online ‘wiki’ encyclopedia where people have created their own entries.
Please Click here and have a go at adding something yourself to our story.

On a dark and dusty planet a blue, tiny alien, called Zog, saw an enormous ship come slowly past. It moved round and round it was like a Eagle about to grab it’s pray. The alien was shocked so it went red in the face. It started to dive down and it looked like it was trying to grab the whole island. The dark dusty planet started to glow. The moon rose up and he could see the same claw on upper deck of the SGC 100 ship as he saw last time.
The sharp clawed Animalo who was driving the SGC 100 ship and was very angry because he wanted the X5 rock. He got more angry every second. But the alien had some special rock calledX5 rock he had mined it. X5 rock is dangerous it could explode any second. He threw the X5 rock but it missed it came back down and blew up some of the land. He was very angry. He could just see through the window, he saw a claw. It was hard as a spear head.
The sharp clawed animal was as scary as a dragon. So the tiny blue alien went back to the dark mine to dig up more x5 rock and titanium to make a gigantic catapult and fired the x5 rock. He found the last peas of x5 rock. He could just see a bit of htytanyon. He had just enough to make a catapult. So he waited for the sharp clawed animal to come in his ship.
Zog finally saw the ship. He got his catapult ready to fire. It got closer and closer. When it was 15 meters away he fired in hopefulness… He was hoping more than anyone has hoped that it wood hit. Just before the x5 rock exploded, the sharp clawed animal fired some of their x5 rock. In three seconds the x5 rock would explode on the upper deck stateroom. It hit just in time. In another three seconds the ship was gone.
Zog was so pleased he fainted for one hour. All the other blue aliens came because they didn’t know what the noise was. They saw the Zog. They took him back. He woke up when they got back. They gave him a three cheers and they had a party.because they were happy that the sharp clawed aliens would never come back.

All was peaceful over some unknown planet, although it was waiting. Waiting since the first star appeared. Nothing could have predicted what events were about to unfurl.
And then it happened. Out of the midist of time and space a ship appeared. Growing bigger with every second that came and went. As it continued to go over, it was being followed by something. Somthing enormous, and then it came. A collosal ship was appearing right behind.
At 100 times bigger, the second ship had already won. With silent lazers penetrating the darkness and crippling the deflector shield. All was lost for the rebels. Their main reactor was disabled.
As the imperial star destoyer, a strange sound disturbed the crew inside. Then the door opened and white storm troopers, burst in, puncturing rebel armour. There was no escape.
