Biography on Vanessa Anne Hudgens 

Introduction 

Vanessa Hudgens Plays Gabriella in High School Musical, but she also has a singing career. Vanessa is 19 years old, and she was born on the 14^th December 1988.  In 2006 she had even more fame when she stared in the Disney Channel original movie; High School Musical. As well as being a fabulous actor Vanessa is a famous singer, but she only has one album, titled V. 

Early life 

Vanessa Hudgens was born in
Salinas, California. Her parents are Gina, and Greg Hudgens, but she also has a little sister named Stella Hudgens. Also Vanessa’s mum is Filipino, Chinese, Latin, and. As well as that Vanessa’s mum’s dad, was Irish, and Native American.  At the age of 8 Vanessa performed in musical theatres as a singer, but as well as that she appeared in some local productions, such as The Wizard of Ozz, Cinderella, The King and I, and The Music Man. Vanessa also successfully auditioned for a commercial, so her family moved to Los Angeles because that was where the Commercial was being filmed. 

Vanessa had 3 different types of pets, such as 3 turtles, some fish, and one bunny. She also had a toy poodle called Shadow. 

High School Musical! 

Vanessa loves being with the cast of High School Musical, because she has loads of laughs with them. Vanessa describes every one of the cast in a different way, e.g.-Ashley fun and Corbin bushy haired! When Vanessa auditioned for High School Musical, she sung “Angels”, buy Jessica Simpson.The reason Vanessa likes playing the roll of Gabriella so much is because; she usually just wants to sit, curled up with a nice, interesting book. People just assume that she is a nerd/dork. So playing the roll of Gabriella, proves that she is social, and pretty as well.  

Love life 

During an interview with Teen Magazine she confirmed that she was dating Zack Efron. Zack Efron is Troy in High School Musical;
Troy is a main character in High School Musical as well as Gabriella. As well as Zack and Vanessa dating in reality, they re also dating in the film.
