Spring walk 

Mrs Leach took us out to look for signs of spring,

There were some purple buds starting to burst out of there winter case, Sprouting up to the faded orangey yellow sun,

But I was to busy dreaming of galloping across the deserted beach on my chestnut pony,

Mrs Leach took us out to look for signs of spring,

I could feel pimply flowers that were tiny and soft,

Like corn on the cob,

But I was to busy chatting to Joanne,

Mrs Leach took us out to look for signs of spring,

The leaves were spiky when I tried to touch them,

But I too busy thinking about my holiday last year,
