Our School

Together we learn!
Together we achieve!
Christian values and spirituality are at the heart of all aspects of school life at Hope.
Our Christian ethos reflects mutual care and concern- where faith, love, hope and truth flourish.
Our school is a place where children are able to encounter a ‘living faith’ through Collective Worship and Religious Education.
Our aim is for all the children at our school to feel secure and happy, with a view to fulfilling their true potential. We believe that happy children learn well.
We aim to create an environment where children develop the confidence to think for themselves and enjoy their time at school.
We encourage the children to be actively involved in developing learning skills and ideas, in order that they can work and achieve to the best of their ability.
All children are set challenging, yet achievable targets and children play an active role in the setting and review of these targets. All these aims are embodied in the National Curriculum. The Governing body of the school has agreed to adopt the local authority’s policy on the aims of the curriculum.
